Overview
DISCOVERY H is an electric helicopter tug for skid-equipped light helicopters such as the Robinson R44. At just 11 cm tall, it slides straight under the skid; the telescopic attachment arm takes hold, and the 48 V, 900 W drive lifts and tows up to 2,500 kg at up to 5 km/h. One person handles the whole ground move, from hangar to pad, on grass or asphalt — no ground-handling wheels, no extra hands. Like every Infinity Tug, it is built by pilots and engineers around a fiberglass hull, with a manual winch integrated into the Infinity Tugs handle.

Use Cases
DISCOVERY H is for the operator of a skid-equipped light helicopter — a Robinson R44 or similar — who currently needs ground-handling wheels and two or three people for every move off the pad. Instead, it slides under the skid at just 11 cm tall, the telescopic arm takes hold, and the 48 V drive lifts and tows up to 2,500 kg at up to 5 km/h. One person does the whole ground move: out of the hangar to the pad before a flight, back inside afterwards, or repositioning for a wash or maintenance — on grass or asphalt, at a controlled walking pace.

Against traditional ground-handling wheels, DISCOVERY H removes the manual lifting and the crew: no jacking the skids by hand, no team heaving the aircraft across the apron — one person lifts and drives under power. Against a manual skid dolly, the electric drive gives you controlled, repeatable moves on inclines and hangar thresholds rather than relying on how hard the crew can push. And because it's electric, it's quiet and clean enough to run inside a closed hangar with the doors down.
