Once an order request has been received, Infinity Tugs reserves the right to re-confirm the availability of the product.
Clients will be informed if, for any reason, the item ordered is not available or if the order cannot be processed as per the Client’s request.
Infinity Tugs declines any responsibility that, due to a particular configuration of a Client’s computer or malfunction, the colors of the products visualized on the website could appear to be slightly different from the original.
Images on INFINITY TUGS.COM belong to Infinity Tugs SRL and any unauthorized use of these images without the express written consent of Infinity Tugs SRL is forbidden.
It is possible that Infinity Tugs may make changes during the production phase or decide not to produce an item.
In the event there is a change to an Order item or a product part does not arrive from the supplier, Infinity Tugs will contact the Client for express approval and either proceed with shipment or cancel the order for a refund.

With reference to requests for deliveries to countries that do not belong to the European Union, any customs duty for importation shall be payable by the consignee.
The Client is therefore advised to contact the customs authorities in the country concerned beforehand to verify the costs and any restrictions on imports.

Under no circumstances and at no stage of the transaction shall Infinity Tugs be able to access the Client’s credit card details, which shall be transmitted through a secure connection directly to the banking institute that manages the transaction. No electronic record of said details shall be held by Infinity Tugs and therefore under no circumstances shall Infinity Tugs be held liable for any fraudulent and unauthorized use of credit cards by third parties at the time of payment
The online payments are made using the Netopia Payments secured payment platform.
Depending on the shipping service selected, orders placed on Infinity Tugs, can be delivered every day of the week. Shipping costs will vary depending on the service selected, as well as the origin and destination of your chosen pieces. Express delivery is available for all destinations and Standard delivery is available in some countries. All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.
Express service for most of Europe and the USA: delivery within 2-4 days. Rest of the world: delivery within 3-7 days.
Standard Service for selected countries: delivery within 2-6 days.
Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Infinity Tugs cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimize any potential delays.
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am till 16:00 pm (with the exception of Romanian public holidays).
The delivery period might differ depending on the ordered product. The customer will be informed in the customized offer (for some products) or at check out regarding the delivery of the product/s.
We hope that you are pleased with your order and our products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any purchases within 14 days of receipt.
For the Gear category (clothing products) the tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
Items that have any sign of use or wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the Client.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all original accessories, components and instructions. Furthermore, they must be packaged in the same suitable manner in which they were received.
In no event shall , nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise, and , including its officers, directors and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Infinity Tugs from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
Infinity Tugs is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing use of this Website.
Infinity Tugs shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required. However, you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, for the resolution of any disputes.
