If an item is unavailable or cannot be processed as requested, you will be informed promptly.

Product images on the Website are owned by Infinity Tugs. Colors may slightly vary due to individual device settings.
Production changes or supplier delays may occur; Infinity Tugs will contact you for approval or to offer cancellations and refunds where necessary.

8. Orders and Payments

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties are payable by the customer. Please verify import costs and restrictions with your local customs authority before ordering.
Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard. Infinity Tugs processes payments securely via Netopia Payments. Credit card details are transmitted securely and not stored by Infinity Tugs.

9. Shipping Information

Orders can be delivered daily. Shipping costs vary by service, origin, and destination. Express and standard delivery options are available depending on the location.
Please note shipping times are estimates from dispatch and exclude customs or payment delays. Delivery to PO Boxes is not available.

  • Express (Europe, USA): 2-4 days
  • Rest of the world: 3-7 days
  • Standard (selected countries): 2-6 days
    Orders processed Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm (Romanian holidays excepted).

11. Returns Terms & Conditions

At Infinity Tugs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, you can return products within 30 days of receipt.

  • To return an item, please contact customer service at team@infinitytugs.com with your order details. You will receive instructions for the return process.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all original accessories, components, and instructions.
  • Items should only show handling reasonable for inspection, similar to what is expected in a physical retail environment.
  • Items showing excessive wear or use beyond this standard may be refused.
  • Custom-made, personalized, or consumable items (such as ropes, batteries, and wear parts) are not eligible for return.

12. Two-Year Warranty

Infinity Tugs backs its products with a 2-year warranty, extending protection beyond the manufacturer’s coverage.

  • This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • Consumables and wear parts are excluded unless faults arise from manufacturing defects.
  • To make a claim, contact customer service with your order or invoice number. Our team will guide you through repair or replacement options.
  • If a product is beyond repair, it will be replaced with a new or equivalent item, or refunded if a replacement is unavailable—provided the item was used as intended.

13. Limitation of Liability

Neither Infinity Tugs nor its employees or agents shall be liable for any damages arising from use of this Website or products purchased through it, including indirect, special, or consequential damages.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinity Tugs from any liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms.
