Airplane Tugs

Our electric airplane tugs cover everything from a piston single to a light jet. DISCOVERY handles single-engine aircraft, ROVER adds remote control for Cessnas, Pipers and light twins, GRAVITY tows light jets and turboprops, and the ride-on CHALLENGER for large-cabin business jets is coming soon. Every tug is electric, built for one-person aircraft towing, and equally at home on grass and asphalt.

Helicopter Tugs

Skid helicopters should not need three people and a set of ground-handling wheels for every move. Our electric helicopter tugs slide under the skid, lift, and tow — one person, walking pace, full control of the aircraft. DISCOVERY H is available today for skid-equipped light helicopters such as the Robinson R44, with the HELI PAD platform and the HELI LIFT scissor platform in development.

Dollies & Chocks

Not every ground move needs a tug. Our 360° wheel dolly floats an airplane or helicopter wheel on swivel casters for precise repositioning in tight hangars, while HD and SD wheel chocks keep aircraft parked exactly where you left them — from heavy stainless steel ramp chocks to a compact steel set that stows inside the aircraft. All standard in high-visibility yellow, with custom colors on request.

Accessories

This is where the best components from our tugs live on their own: the electric winch that pulls aircraft up our ramps, a fully galvanized manual winch, the 90 W LED bar we mount on the tugs, and the leather-padded tow straps that protect nose gear. As pilots ourselves, we know precision and practice are what produce great results, and neither is possible without a well-maintained aircraft and a focused mind.

Every minute and every square meter lost to a disorganized hangar takes something away from that focus, before and after every flight. That's the problem we set out to solve. We built our first full-electric aircraft tug prototype to make moving an aircraft — from hangar to hold point — effortless, and grew that idea into a full line of tugs, wheel dollies, chocks, and hangar accessories.
