If an item doesn’t meet our expectations, it simply won’t be featured in our lineup. Our experienced service and repair team makes sure you receive the best quality and the fastest support if something does go wrong. This is why we’re confident enough to provide 24 months of peace of mind for every item.

‘Consumable’ items—such as ropesbatterieswear parts, and similar expendables—are not covered by our warranty once they’ve been used. Signs of wear and tear are only covered if they result from normal usage and care, or if they’re caused by faulty materials or workmanship. In other words, proper maintenance is the owner’s responsibility, but we’ll always help if a defect is due to manufacturing quality.

If any product has a manufacturer’s warranty longer than 3 years, you’ll benefit from that extended coverage, of course.

If an item develops a fault, simply contact our customer service team with your order or invoice number. We’ll guide you through the next steps, whether that’s arranging for repair, replacement, or another solution.

If an item cannot be repaired, we’ll exchange it for a new one. Should the exact model be discontinued, we’ll offer a comparable alternative or refund the amount you paid—any time within the warranty period, as long as the issue is due to proper use.

Your statutory/implied warranty rights (24 months) still apply, but our express warranty aims to make things clear and simple for you—no legal headaches, just straightforward support.
