The Bucharest International Air Show is the biggest air show in Romania. Hosting more than 100 civil and army aircrafts, the event took place on the 3rd and 4th of September on the Baneasa Airport and Romaero platforms in Bucharest. Among the guests that impressed with aerobatic exercises or with their presence in the static display area, were represented by the Air Forces of several countries: Romanian, Hungarian, Slovenian, Slovakian, Italian, German, the US.

The Romanian Aeroclub had an impressive stand and breathtaking aerobatic moments represented by the Hawks of Romania, the Aerobatic Iakars, the White Wings and the Blue Wings. A large number of civil and private aircrafts were present at the event and thousands of visitors were delighted by the beauty of flying.

One of the most expected moments was the aerobatics done by the one and only, the Lithuanian pilot Jurgis Kairys.

Our Infinity Tugs team was present at the event with the two TUG models: Gravity and Discovery. Discovery was launched and presented to the public for the first time during BIAS. Our team offered the towing service for the aircrafts present at the event. Among these aircrafts we are proud to name the IAR 99 Soim, the Pilatus PC9, Antonov AN2, IAK52, Black Shape, Piper Malibu, Cruiser and many others.

This was indeed a unique and fantastic experience for us and we have to thank them for their trust and collaboration: the organizers of BIAS, the Ground Safety Crew from the Baneasa Airport, the Romanian Aeroclub and the aircraft owners and pilots present at the event.
